Marks canoes rents for $20 plus $35 per hour you do not want to spend more than $1.50. for how many hours can you afford to rent the canoe

    35x+20=150, you would have to figure out x so subtract 20 from both sides and get 35x=130 then divide each side by 35 and x = 26/7 then you'd simplify that and get 3.74 but you can't have that many canoes so 3 or 4

    If that was supposed to be "$150" then it would be 5 hours.

    $20 (1 hrs)

    $50 (2 hrs

    $80 (3 hrs)

    $110 (4 hrs)

    $ 140 (5 hrs)

    If that was supposed to be "$1.50", then a few minutes.
