monthly fee. Write an equation in

slope-intercept form that models this

situation.

Answer:Y=2x+40

3 to find the total cost of being an

all-star library member for 19 months.

    Your equation is Y=2X+40.

    Plug in 19 months into the equation. To do that you replace X with 19.

    Y=2 (19) + 40

    Y=38+40

    Y=78

    The answer is $78.
