You cannot write 29/2 as a whole number since (if this is a division equation) the quotient will be a decimal due to the divisor being even and the dividend being odd. If this is a fraction, you won't be able to have a whole number (like stated earlier) this is an odd number paired with an even number. 29/2 = 14.5 or 14 1/2.
