If you look at this sequence, every term of this sequence is being multiplied by 4.
3 x 4 = 12
12 x 4 = 48
48 x 4 = 192
192 x 4 = 768
768 x 4 = 3072
3072 x 4 = 12288
So the 7th term of this sequence is 12288.
