    Since this is a composite figure. You figure the volume of the cone and cylinder separately then add the two together. Exact volume means you leave just the way it is now

    Volume of a cone

    V = πr²h/3

    V = π (3) ² * 5/3

    V = π (9) * 5/3

    V=15 ft³

    Volume of a cylinder

    V = πr²h

    V = π (3) ²*4

    V = π (9) * 4

    V = 36π ft³

    Total volume = 36π ft³ + 15π ft³

    Total volume = 51 ft³
