    x^2+3x/5-4/5=0

    x^2+3x/5=4/5

    x^2+3x/5+9/100=89/100

    (x+3/10) ^2=89/100

    x+3/10=± (√89) / 10

    x=-3/10±√89/100

    x=-3± (√89/10)
