Which equivalent fraction would you have to use in order to add 3/5 to 21/25

    15/25 = 3/5 because you multiply the numerator and denominator each by 5, and 5/5 = 1. (multiplying by 1 = equivalence)

    The sum would then be 36/25 or 1 and 11/25.
