Baker has flour to last 40 days. If he increases production by 25% how many days will the flour last? I put 30 days but they said wrong.

    40 is you current amount, but you need to add 1/4 (25%) to 40.

    1/4 of 40 is 10.

    40+10=50

    50 is your answer.
