A weather balloon is at an altitude where the temperature is 3 degrees Celsius. The balloon ascends 900 ft with a decrease in temperature of 5 degrees Celsius. The balloon then ascends again with a decrease in temperature of 3 degrees Celsius.

What is the final temperature?
