How do you convert a decimal to a proper fraction?

    I will use an example.

    0.25

    0.25 is a fourth of 1, so 1/4

    A couple more examples ...

    0.5 = 1/2

    1/3 = 0.3 repeated (the 3 would have a line on top of it)
