    Step-by-step explanation:

    hello : write this expression

    X² + y² + 6x - 2y+3 = 0 in the standard form

    (x²+6x) + (y²-2y) + 3 = 0

    (x²+6x+9 - 9) + (y²-2y+1 - 1) + 3 = 0

    (x²+6x+9) - 9 + (y²-2y+1) - 1 + 3 = 0

    (x+3) ² + (y-1) ² = 7 (the standard form)

    but : 7 = (√7) ²

    the radius is : √7
