    Width is 8 meters

    Length is 3 metres greater than width

    length = 8 + 3 = 11 meters

    Perimeter = 2 (Length + Width)

    Perimeter = 2 (8 + 11)

    Perimeter = 2 (19)

    Perimeter = 29 meters

    Area = Length x Width

    Area = 3 x 8

    Area = 24 square meters
