    f (n) = f (n-1) for n>=2.

    Since f (n) = f (n-1), so for all values of n >=2, f (n) = f (n-1) = f (n-2) ... f (2) = f (1) = 7

    So the explicit formula is

    f (n) = 7

    and f (10) = 7
