    b = > base = > 40 cm

    h = > altitude = > 30 cm

    A = h*b/2

    h=b-10

    600 = (b-10) b/2

    600 = (b^2-10b) / 2

    1200=b^2-10b

    b^2-10b-1200=0

    (b-40) (b+30) = 0

    b=40 cm

    h=b-10 = 40-10=30
