If she bought 1500 shares for $155250, then she paid $103,5 for each share:

    155250 / 1500 = 103,5

Now if she sold each share for $101, she earned $151500:

    1500 + 101 = 151500.

She also paid an extra commission of $39, so she earned $151461:

    151500 - 39 = 151461.

The difference between the price she bought the shares for and the price she sold them for is $3789:

    155250 - 151461 = 3789.

It means that finally she lost $3789.
