The choir sold boxes of candy and teddy bears near Valentine's Day to raise money. They sold twice as many boxes of candy as they did teddy bears. Bears sold for $8.00 each and candy sold for & 6.00. They collected & 360. How much of each item did they sell?

    36 boxes of candy and 18 bears. 36 * 6 = 216 18*8=144 216+144=360
