The total is 60.
To solve this question, I used proportions. First, I set up two ratios (18:__ is equal to 30:100). I multiplied 18 by 100 to get 1800, and then divided 1800 by 30 to get my final answer of 60.

60 percent because if you divide if you multiply 18 by 100 it gives you 18000 then divide it by 30 it gives you 60
