An angle measures 34.6° more than the measure of a complementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?

    And the other angle is x+34.6

    The expression can be written like this:

    x+x+34.6=90

    Subtract 34.6 from both sides.

    x+x=55.4

    So the unknown angle, x, is 27.7°
