    2.4 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Step-by-step explanation:

Ok, so midnight to 7:00 am is 7 hours. It decreases 1.1 degrees per hour. so

    7 x 1.1 = 7.7. So from midnight to 7:00 am it decreased a total of 7.7 degrees. So 5.2 degrees - 7.7 degrees = - 2.5 degrees.

Now 7:00 am to noon is 5 hours. During this time it increased a total of 4.9 degrees. So - 2.5 degrees + 4.9 degrees = 2.4 degrees. So the answer it 2.4 degrees.
