    The 2nd one. just look at the equation like your solving for x but instead its p 4p+1=-11 get p by itself and the same for the other one. also close dot means that the has to be equal to or less than or the equal to or greater than symbol it has to be exact while the open can be around there also when you divide or multi. to get p by itself you have to flip the symbol
