I don't understand this : Ryan has nine 14-ounce bags of popcorn to repackage and sell at the school fair. A small bag holds 3 ounces. How many small bags can he make?

    Since Ryan has nine 14 ounce bags, you would do 9x14 which is 126. So Ryan has 126 oz in all and each small bag is 3oz you would do 126 divided by 3 which is 42. So the answer is 42 bags.
