Hello there! The formula for finding the volume of a cone is 1/3πr²h. This means that the volume of the cone will be 1/3 of the product of pi, the radius, and height. The radius is 5.5. We will raise that number to the 2nd power. 5.5² is 30.25. Now, we will multiply it by pi. 30.25 * π is 99.03317777. We will multiply that number by the height, which is 17 cm. When that is done, we get 1,615.564022. Now, we will divide that number by 3 to find the volume. Doing so will get us 538.5213407 or 538.52 when rounded to the nearest hundredth. There. The volume is approx. 538.52cm³.
