This is the easiest question I've asked. Hope you guys can work it out. Correct answer gets brainliest.

The length of a rectangle is 3 times its width. What is its width if

its perimeter is 120 centimeters?

    Width=x

    length=3x

    perimeter=2 * (x+3x) = 8x

    8x=120

    x=120/8=15

    therefore width is 15cm
