Sam uses 2/3 of a cup of sugar per serving to make 48 cookies. How many cups of sugar does he need to make 288 cookies?

    Cups of sugar to make one cookie = ⅔/48 = 1/72

    Cups of sugar reqd. to make 288 cookies = 1/72 * 288 = 4 cups

    If you divide 288 divided 48 which is 6

    so you'll need 6 cups of sugar
