    Sorry, but your f (x) = 3 is not an exponential function. Did you mean f (x) = 3^x?

    If so, the initial value (when x=0) is f (0) = 3^0 = 1.

    The base is 3.

    The domain is "the set of all real numbers."

    The range is "all real numbers greatere than zero."
