Graph the function f (x) = x3 - 4x - 1. Which are approximate solutions for x when f (x) = 0?

    If f (x) is = to 0 then that means that you would have to plug the 0 in for all of the x that are in the function and the solve it.

    f (x) = x3-4x-1

    f (0) = (0) 3-4 (0) - 1

    0 0 0 - 1

    -1

    so that means that - 1 would be the answer for the function
