Your school district cancels school when more than 2.5 inches of snow accumulate on the ground each hour. Snow is currently accumulating at a rate of 115 inches per hour. Select an inequality that represents the extra snow accumulation s (in inches per hour) needed to cancel school. Then solve the inequality.

    the rate of snow to min is 1.2 inches to 1 min

    basically just divide by 60 because there are 60 minutes.

    115/60 is about 1.2

    so there is only 1.2 inches of snow falling every min.
