The quotient of two rational numbers is positive. What can you conclude about the signs of the dividend and the divisor?

    The quotient means divide

    when dividing, as well as multiplying, if the signs are the same, ur result will be positive

    and when the signs are different, the result will be negative

    so if the result is positive, this tells me the signs of the dividend and the divisor are both the same, either both positive, or both negative
