How do i find the radius of a cylinder with only surface area and height

    The area of a circle is defined as A=pi*R*R. To find the radius, first divide A/pi. The answer would be the square of the radius; therefore, the square root of A/pi is the radius of the cylinder. Volume is defined as V=pi*R*R*H, or V=A*H. Dividing the volume by the area V/A would result in the height of the cylinder.
