    Y - y₁ = m (x - x₁)

    y - 6 = ⁻¹/₃ (x - (-3))

    y - 6 = ⁻¹/₃ (x + 3)

    y - 6 = ⁻¹/₃ (x) - ¹/₃ (3)

    y - 6 = ⁻¹/₃x - 1

    + 6 + 6

    y = ⁻¹/₃ + 5
