If f (x) = 3x^2 and g (x) = 4x^3 + 1 what is the degree of fg (x)

    F°g (x) = f (g (x)) = 3 (g (x)) ² = 3 (4x³ + 1) ².

    Now, when you expand the bracket, you will find that the highest degree or degree of the polynomial is 6.

    ∴ degree of fg (x) = 6
