15% discount means that we will get thing at price of 15% less price than total price and it means that its price decrease 15% from total. So both are similar.
Step-by-step explanation:
Total price = $100
Price at 15% discount = $85
If total price decrease 15% = 100 - 15 = 85
Hence both are same.
