If you divide 84 red beads and 4 red beads you will get 21 red beads. When you divide 133 gold beads and 19 gold beads you will get 7 gold beads. So the ratio would be 21 red beads / 7 gold beads.

    equation: 84: 4 = 21 red beads

    133: 19 = 7 gold beads

(If you were to go a bit deeper into the equation, when you simplify this ratio it will bring you to the solution of 3)
