√a * √b = √ab
(√2 + √10) ² = (√2 + √10) (√2 + √10)
= √2 (√2 + √10) + √10 (√2 + √10)
= √2*√2 + √2*√10 + √10*√2 + √10*√10
= 2 + √20 + √20 + 10
= (2 + 10) + (√20 + √20)
= 12 + 2√20
√20 = √ (4 * 5) = √4 * √5 = 2√5
= 12 + 2√20 = 12 + 2 (2√5)
= 12 + 4√5
