    4x + 7y = 1

    y = - 2x-7

    4x+7 (-2x-7) = 1

    4x-14x-49 = 1

    -10x - 49 = 1

    -10x = 50

    x = - 5

    y = - 2 (-5) - 7

    y = 10-7

    y = 3

    (-5,3)
