4 2/3 cup of flour = 1 cup of chocolate chips

1 3/4 cup of flour = x cup of chocolate chips

    1 3/4 / 4 2/3 = 7/4 / 14/3 = 7/4 x 3/14 = 21/56 = 3/8

they would need 3/8 cup of chocolate chips
