What are the zeroes of the function

y = 3 (x-a) (x+b)

in terms of a and b?

1. x = - a and x = b

2. x = a and x = - b

3. x = - 3a and x = 3b

4. x = 3a and x = - 3b

    Solve for a x-a=0
