    Let x hour and y hour be the working hour per week for the first and second job respectively.

    x+y=28

    7.25x+6.5y=191

    7.25x+6.5 (28-x) = 191

    0.75x=9

    x=12

    Hence y=16

    Therefore you need to work 16 hours per week for the second job
