    A. That would be 12C4 = (12*11*10*9) / (4*3*2*1) = 495 ways

    b. This is 7C4 = 7C3 = (7*6*5) / 6 = 35 ways

    c. This would come to 7C4 / 12C4 = 35/495 = 7/99
