The perimeter of a rectangle is 48 cm. The length is 6cm less than twice the width. Which system would model this situation and what are the lengths and the width

    The easiest way to solve this question would be to subtract the 6 from the 48 which results in 42. Then because the length is twice it's width we divide the 42 by 3 which gives us 14. Therefore the width is 14 and the length is double of fourteen which is 28
