At a ski lift, 47 people are waiting to board cars. Each car can hold 6 people. How many cars will be completely filled? How many people are left to board the last car?

    7 cars will be completely filled bc you divide the number of people waiting with the number of people each car can hold: 47:6=7r5. So there will be 7 cars completely filled and 5 people are left to board the last car
