The scale is 4 ft. per inch. (48 in. to every one inch)

To start off, we know that for every 1.5 inch, there is 6ft. (72 inches)

Divide 72 by 1.4 and get 48 inches by 1

or simple take 6ft and divide it by 1.5 inch.
