    -60 questions in total

    -4 times as many correct than incorrect

    1) Make an equation and solve.

    x = number of incorrect answers

    4x + x = 60

    Simplify.

    5x = 60

    x = 12

    Jan got 12 questions wrong, and 48 questions right.
