You use 6 6 gallons of water on 20 plants in your garden. At that rate, how much water will it take to water 30 plants?

    So ask yourself how much would I use on 10 plants? Then take what your answer is and multiply that by 3. In this situation you would use 3 gallons of water on 10 plant. So that would mean that you would use 9 gallons of water on 30 plans. When I say this I'm assuming that you only need one of those sixes, and then the second six is a typo
