    24 cups

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Sasha worked a total of 4 hours.

    In the first hour, Sasha sold a total of 9 cups of lemonade.

    There are 3 hours left, and for each of these hours, she sold 5 cups of lemonade.

    So, if we sum all the cups of lemonade she sold in each hour, we have:

    Total cups sold = 9 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 24

    She sold a total of 24 cups of lemonade.

    Answer: She sold 24 cups in total

    Step-by-step explanation: The total number of cups sold initially was 9 in the first hour. Then after that she sold 5 every hour. We can derive an expression for this as follows

    9 + 5h as the total number of cups sold at the end of h hours. Since she sold some for the first hour and then another three hours (total was four hours), we shall now substitute for h equals 3 into the expression already derived.

    Total cups sold x, can be calculated as;

    x = 9 + 5h

    x = 9 + 5 (3)

    x = 9 + 15

    x = 24

    Therefore, she sold 24 cups of lemonade.
