(123 + 42 + 7) + (33 - 122 - 10)
= 172 + ( - 99)
= 172 + 99
= 271 answer

Ok so first you do left to right
So, let’s take care of (123+42+7) which would give you
172.
Then, we would take care of (33-122-10) will give you a negative number of 99 if that is not correct then you will have to switch 33 and 122 which will give you a positive 99.
Then add 172+99 which will give you your sum of 271
