This is the concept of algebra, we are required to add up the terms given above, here we shall have:

    3 / (4x) + 21 / (8x) + 26x+15

when we sum up we get:

    27 / (8x) + 26x+15

    = (27+208x^2+120x) / (8x)

The simplified form of the summation of the terms is:

    (27+208x^2+120x) / (8x)
