Hence Perimeter for new rectangle will be 27 units.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Given:

A rectangle with enlarged factor of 1.5

    L=7 and W=2

    To Find:

    Perimeter for new rectangle

    Solution:

First calculate the new dimensions for new rectangle,

Given that original length and width as 7 and 2 respectively and it is increasing by 1.5 times of the original ones

    So

    New length = 1.5 * L

    =1.5 * 7

    =10.5 units

    And for width,

    New width=1.5 * W

    =1.5 * 2

    =3

Hence New dimensions are 10.5 and 3 units.

So perimeter of new rectangle = 2 (New length + New breadth)

    =2 (10.5+3)

    =2 (13.5)

    =27 units
