Oliver has 14 chocolate chip cookies and 21 iced cookies. Oliver gives each of friends an equal number of each type of cookie. What is the greatest number of friends with whom he can share the cookies?

    He gives each friends at least 1 cookie of both, so with 14 chocolate chips he can give 14 friends a cookie. He would end up with 7 iced cookies.
