    Josh has 16 different combinations of "outfits" with the 4 colors of shirts and 4 colors of socks.

    The combinations are in order: (Shirt, Sock)

    White White; White Blue; White Green; White Red

    Blue White; Blue Blue; Blue Green; Blue Red;

    Green White; Green Blue; Green Green; Green Red;

    Red White, Red Blue, Red Green; Red Red

    P (Not the same) = 12/16 = 3/4
